Common questions
- Do you charge per user?
- No. One price covers the whole workshop: owners, advisors, mechanics, and parts staff. Invite as many people as you need.
- How does multi-branch pricing work?
- Each branch is a workshop on your account, and each workshop is R1 499 per month. Staff can work across branches; billing stays on one invoice.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. Register, set up your workshop, and run real jobs first. We only ask for payment details once you decide to stay.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- It stays yours. Export your customers, vehicles, job history, and invoices before you go. We do not hold your records hostage.
- Is VAT included in the price?
- The R1 499 excludes VAT, like every trade price you work with. Your own invoices to customers handle VAT at 15% if your workshop is registered.
